WELCOME MESSAGE

Dear Members,

As we welcome the Lunar New Year in 2026, I extend my warmest wishes to you and your families for health, prosperity, and renewed purpose. This season of reflection and renewal is especially meaningful as I begin my tenure as President and CEO of The Korea Society. I am deeply honored to join a distinguished community of members and supporters who have long championed stronger ties between the United States and Korea.

The Korea Society is entering an exciting new chapter. Together, we are shaping a refreshed vision and mission that will expand our impact, deepen engagement, and elevate the Society as a premier platform for policy dialogue, business collaboration, cultural exchange, and leadership development. Our goal is to build a dynamic, forward-looking institution that reflects the energy, innovation, and partnership that define the U.S.–Korea relationship.

In today’s uncertain and volatile global environment, the U.S.–Korea alliance is more vital than ever. Strengthening this alliance requires trusted partnerships, informed dialogue, and active civic and cultural engagement. Your support and participation are essential to this mission.

I invite you to join us as partners in building a stronger and more resilient U.S.–Korea relationship. Together, we will foster understanding, inspire collaboration, and prepare the next generation of leaders.

Thank you for your continued commitment to The Korea Society. I look forward to working alongside you in the year ahead.
